terms of service
last updated: July 25, 2026
1. what IpRedirect is
IpRedirect ("the service", "we") lets you create link-tree pages and short links that redirect visitors to different destinations based on the visitor's country. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. your account
You need an account (Google sign-in or email/password) to create pages. You are responsible for what your pages link to and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
3. acceptable use
Don't use IpRedirect to link to or distribute: malware, phishing, scams or deceptive content; illegal content; content that infringes others' rights; or spam. Don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse the service. We may disable pages or accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.
4. plans, billing & refunds
The free plan includes up to 10 links, IpRedirect branding on your pages, and a short branded page before redirects. The pro plan ($5/month) removes branding, makes redirects instant, and adds custom logos and custom domains.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — you keep pro features until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. If you downgrade, nothing is deleted: pages over the free limit are locked until you remove links or resubscribe.
5. your content
Your pages, links and logos remain yours. You grant us the right to host and display them as needed to run the service. You can delete your pages or your whole account at any time from the dashboard; deletion is permanent.
6. availability & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Country detection is based on IP geolocation and is not guaranteed to be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
